Chicanos Por La Causa, Inc. is a non-profit community development corporation that provides behavior health, social services programs, such as training, counseling, housing, lending, head start and a charter school, through out the state of Arizona.

Responsible for the delivery of direct social services to the families and children participating in the Latino Family Centers. Encourage and support the implementation of parental involvement activities. Provides advocacy and support services information to families about community resources and assists them in accessing appropriate services. Implements Social Services/Parent Involvement component plan activities.

BA in social services or related field and one year experience in the provision of social services to young children and their families. An AA/ECE and two years experience working in an ECE environment, or any combination of education and experience that meets the required skills for the position. Prefer experience in working with culturally diverse and low-income families. Bilingual Spanish/English required.
