Inner Harbour specializes in treating children and adolescents with significant psychiatric illness and impairment in behavioral, cognitive, emotional, familial, and/or social functioning.

Employment begins with an intensive orientation curriculum and continues with on-going education and training, provided by both in-house experts and consultants in the field. Professional Workshops and Certification Programs are also available to our staff.Basic Duties
Manages the day to day care, nurturing, supervision, safety, and development of the youth as well as leadership and supervision of assigned team. Candidate must have a desire and positive attitude towards helping others.
REQUIREMENTS
BA/BS, social services degree preferred, or 24 months experience working with psychiatric population, combined with High School Diploma or equivalent. At least one year experience working in a leadership capacity. One year management experience preferred

Physical Requirements:
Duties performed in these types of environments:
1. Highly stressful, potentially aggressive, must be able to participate in all physical interventions
2. Casual and leisurely, must be able to participate in all indoor/outdoor therapeutic activities (hiking ,ropes, etc)

Necessary stamina and temperament to work with challenging youth:
1. Ability to hike rugged terrain- wilderness, campsites, night traveling
2. Ability to complete TCI and all other trainings
3. Ability to work rotating shifts/days of week
4. Ability to bend, stoop, squat and lift minimum of 70 lbs.
