Mental Health Therapist - Outpatient

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to fill a FT Therapist position to provide on site behavioral health assessments, consultations and brief interventions to consumers and/or their families using evidence based practice models in a primary care setting. The clinician will be required to design and implement clinical pathways and protocols that are evidence based in a primary care environment for behavioral and mental health conditions.Community Reach Center is a private nonprofit center providing mental health services to residents of Adams County. The Center provides evaluations, counseling and therapies to adults, adolescents, children, families and seniors. REQUIREMENTS
-Master’s degree in Counseling or related areaMasters Degree in Social Work or a Doctorate degree in Psychology from an accredited university-Two years direct clinical experience
-Colorado Licensure preferred
