Job Coach

The Job Coach provides supported employment training for adults with developmental disabilities working a sheltered workshop environment. The ideal candidate is creative, energetic, and a self-starter with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor or Associate degree in rehabilitation services or related human service field or one year related working experience required. Must be physically able to train persons on job tasks, have effective verbal, written and computer skills plus valid driver’s license with no moving violations for the past 12 months.
