We are seeking a caring Hospice Chaplain to assist our end-of-life patients with their spiritual and emotional needs. This is a unique field-based role that allows you to work closely with patients and their families while enjoying autonomy, a supportive team, and opportunities for growth within the company. Primary responsibilities include:


Visiting patients and their families in their homes or nursing facilities


Providing support for spiritual and emotional needs


Holding memorial/funeral services and bereavement follow-ups


Training new staff and volunteers


Conducting regular "life reviews"


Providing documentation and individual assessments


Job Requirements:

The chosen candidate must be an ordained minister with a Master's degree in Theology. A background in hospice is highly preferred, and experience with counseling and/or working with families is ideal. Coursework in pastoral care is a plus, and computer proficiency is needed. Reliable transportation (for in-home/facility visits) is required.
