MANAGER

A well-organized, flexible, team-oriented, self-motivated person needed to oversee day-to-day operation of a residential outreach MH/SA team in Hartford. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, supervising staff, scheduling, record keeping, assessment, development & implementation of rehabilitation treatment plans, quality assurance, work collaboratively with other providers, and is able to work on multiple tasks at once. Bi-cultural/

Qualifications:

BA required, MA preferred in human services or related field. Experience in supervision and working in a community outreach and/or residential setting. Must be computer literate.

Salary: $40,000 + great benefits. Deadline: 10/2/06
