Director of Residential and Community Services

Oversee multiple progams for non-profit organization which works with adults and youth with disabilities.
REQUIREMENTS
BA/BS in Social Work, Psychology, Special Education or other Human Service related field from an accredited College/University. Knowledge of Budget Management, Residential Licensing, Program Management and Quality Assurance. Experience working with individuals with disabilities (preferably Developmental Disabilities). Ability to demonstrate sound judgment and technical writing skills. A minimum of five (5) years experience in social service related field including two years supervisory experience managing multiple programs and budgets.
