DV Program Coordinator

The Program Coordinator of the Domestic Violence Shelter is responsible for the administration and management of a 50-bed shelter that is operated under the auspices of a leading non-profit organization. The successful candidate will possess a Master’s Degree in Social Work or an equivalent degree. It is essential that this individual has experience supervising staff, as this position hires, trains and supervises the counselors and support staff involved in the program. Additionally, the coordinator is responsible for monitoring policies and procedures, compiling and analyzing statistical data, development of outcome measures, and completion of reports. Candidate must be comfortable assisting in the preparation of and managing budgets.
