Coordinator - Residential Home

Child Welfare agency in Arlington Heights seeks a full-time Coordinator for its Older Adolescent Group Home for six abused and neglected young men between the ages of 15 through 19.Responsibilities include: supervision of staff and residents; provide support and guidance to staff and residents; manage daily household activities; coordinate caseworker services to residents; on-call duties throughout the week and weekends; house management; and program implementation and development.
REQUIREMENTS
This position requires a bachelor's degree in a human service field and over three years of residential experience with adolescents. Master's degree and supervisor experience desired. Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule throughout the week and weekends.Per DCFS Licensing Standards, post offer candidates must be at least 25 years of age, have a valid Illinois driver's license, submit to a full background check, have a medical and TB test, and submit proof of academic transcripts.In order to be considered for this position, applicants must complete an agency application.
