Supervise members of an interdisciplinary team of clinicians and mental health professionals.
Train staff in the various dimensions of service delivery, e.g., leading psychoeducational and process-oriented groups, assessments, and interventions.
Work closely with the Clinical Director to maximize and maintain adequate levels of enrollment.
Responsible for development and implementation of program schedule and rotational pager schedule.
Coordinate staff coverage of group and floor assignments.
Oversight of clinical practice and case record compliance and regulatory and other certifying group requirements, including performing Utilization Review of services.
Coordinates the screening protocol for new admissions--scheduling of assessments, assignment to groups within IMA.
Participate, as part of an interdisciplinary clinical team, in the development, implementation and review of treatment plans.
Perform other duties, as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
LCSW required (LMSW alone will not be sufficient)
NYS Licensed Clinical Social Worker plus 3-5 years minimum clinical experience working with serious and persistent mental illness
Must promote EBT
Must be organized and have working knowledge of city, state, and federal regulations
Minimum 1-2 years progressive supervisory experience
