Perception Programs, Inc. is a private, not-for-profit behavioral health agency located in Willimantic, CT. Thirty-five years ago Perception Programs was created to address heroin use in the community. Our goal has broadened over the years and we now provide quality support and treatment to individuals addicted to alcohol and/or other drugs. We have fifteen programs that provide a wide array of services to the community. We offer outpatient, outreach, residential and education services to substance abusers, people involved with the criminal justice system and people living with AIDS

OUTREACH WORKER(AIDS Risk Reduction)
Full time for street outreach program in Northeastern CT. Awareness of rural drug abuse problems and knowledge of HIV/AIDS. Bachelor's degree or two years experience required. Hourly rate $12.16- $14.48.

CLIENT SUPERVISOR:
Full Time, 2nd Shift, Monday -Friday, for residential program for male criminal justice clients in Brooklyn, CT. One year experience in human services required. Must be eligible for public service license. Hourly rate $10.45-$12.75.

CLIENT SUPERVISOR SUBSTITUTES:
Needed for all shifts in residential program for female criminal justice clients in Willimantic, CT.

CLINICAL COORDINATOR for 36-bed substance abuse criminal justice program in Brooklyn, CT. Experience counseling offenders and substance abusers required. Duties: supervising staff, managing operations, training and reports. Salary $37,556 - $41.480. Excellent benefits package with pension plan.
