Asst. Director, Community Impact Outcomes & Evaluation

The successful candidate will lead the development and progression of UWCM’s community impact activities related to evaluating, analyzing and reporting outcomes from the work of non-profit partner providers funded by UWCM and be involved in the following:
* Develop ways to communicate outcomes to UWCM stakeholders and identify and prioritize gaps and assets in the human service delivery system in the central Maryland region.*Develop and utilize technical expertise in outcome-based theory and implementation methods to guide funded partner providers through the identification of community and program level outcomes, success indicators and measurement methods; critique funded program outcome materials and assist in revisions as needed.
*Conduct research as needed on evaluation tools and best practices.
*Develop and implement processes for utilizing the outcome data and making it accessible in ways that help the public understand the impact of the work.
*Represent UWCM on community groups, coalitions, task forces, etc. as appropriate, identifies partnership and collaborative opportunities as well as new initiative and grant opportunities.
REQUIREMENTS
Master's degree in social work, public health, public policy analysis, research and evaluation or a related field and four years or more experience in a research and evaluation position that included data driven decision making and results accountability.
