Join the Thresholds team!The ideal candidate will work with a team to provide recovery based in vivo support services to deaf/hard of hearing persons at their highest risk of psychiatric hospitalization. This includes but is not limited to assisting members with independent living; accessing community resources; medication monitoring; and crisis intervention. This person will also be advocating on the members’ behalf with entitlement agencies and collaterals, as well as be required to document services and complete required paperwork.
Qualifications Required:- Excellent communication and organization skills are required.- BA in Rehabilitation, Mental Health or related field preferred.Requirements, Responsibilities and/or Duties Unique to the Position:- Knowledge of Deaf Culture and proficiency in one or more sign languages required.- Must have a valid driver’s license and own a car.
