ASSISTANT PROGRAM DIRECTOR

The Village is seeking an Assistant Program Director for two youth residential permanency programs: a Safe Home and Permanency Diagnostic Center. Responsible for ensuring safe, therapeutic programming; oversight of hiring, training, scheduling and performance management of direct care staff, as well as supervision of supervisors. On-call responsibilities and therapy for two clinical cases. Must have an MSW/MA in clinical field as well as supervisory experience.
Experience with children required. Bilingual/bicultural (Spanish) preferred. Applicants of color strongly encouraged to apply.
