Pressroom Manager

The Monterey County Herald is seeking a qualified individual to oversee our night side Pressroom and Imaging operation. Responsibilities will include managing press operations to produce an on-time product in a cost effective manner while maximizing quality, customer service and productivity. Successful applicants will work well under deadlines and pressure, be flexible in hours worked and show strong leadership in supervision of staff. Night and weekend shifts are required.
REQUIREMENTS
Ability to troubleshoot and oversee equipment maintenance are key to success in this position. Minimum of 5 years production management experience desired.
