Contract Sales Representative

We have an immediate opening for an inside Sales Representative to sell classified recruitment advertising including Job Fairs, special promotions, and special sections through outbound telemarketing and in person to local employers using lead generation software. Sells and services existing advertisers, conducts "call backs" on advertisements prior to expiration and develops monthly plan to achieve or exceed revenue goals for all print and online products. They assist in developing and executing sales programs, marketing plans, campaigns, and promotions to build revenue for print and online products. Base pay will be $9.40 - $12.72 per hour depending upon experience; plus this position is eligible for commission based on sales. A successful rep can average $21,000 + in commissions yearly. 1 to 2 years’ related telemarketing and sales experience is required along with typing proficiency of 45 words per minute and spelling accuracy testable at 90% or better.
REQUIREMENTS
1-2 years related experience. A spelling competency of 90% and a typing proficiency of 45 words per minute are also required.
