Circulation Manager (Magazine)

A leading pet magazine publisher requires a fulfillment manager, with an emphasis on billing and renewal management. Main duties of this role include preparation of print orders for six magazines, postal statement reconciliation, monthly reports on production, renewal and billing response and testing, postal usage and fulfillment invoice coding.

Additional responsibilities for overall billing and renewal planning for the department, including: full review of billing and renewal series, including copy, design and packages; project leader for planning and implementing billing and renewal stock and message changes, review of department test plans for impact on billing and renewal stock and design, and coordination of three department print buys per year with print buyer.
REQUIREMENTS
Our ideal candidate has 5 years experience in magazine fulfillment and/or billing and renewal management, with an understanding of industry practices. Proficiency in Excel and CDS is required. Candidate must be detail-oriented and organized, with strong analytical skills and the ability to think strategically and creatively. This position requires someone who is proactive, has superior communication skills and who can work independently as well as be part of a team. Ability to multi-task and deal with change in a fast-paced environment is essential.
