Snapfish is looking for an eCommerce Merchandising Manager to join a growing marketing team that is fun, hardworking, and very talented, while working in a fast-paced and friendly environment. This position reports to the Director of Customer Relationship Marketing.

Responsibilities

Maximize sales and profit for all Snapfish merchandise, using online, print, and email vehiclesDevelop seasonal promotional plans and strategiesDetermine optimal product display across the siteEstablish best practices in up selling and cross sellingWork with the UI team to optimize conversion on product display pagesWork with operations team to drive sourcing of new products and/or line extensionsEnforce quality standards and reduce return ratesCollaborate with operations to obtain vendor participation in co-funding promotionsConduct customer research on product satisfaction, advocacy, and interest in new productsManage product pricing Establish key eCommerce metrics & goals and regularly report on progress
REQUIREMENTS


Requirements & Skills

4-8 years total experience in B2C online/eCommerce merchandising Demonstrated success significantly growing an online B2C business through merchandising and product promotion Impeccable interpersonal skills Ability to turn around projects quickly and juggle several deadlines simultaneously Passionate, energetic and highly motivated to help a company win in a very competitive, dynamic and fast-paced environment BA/BS required
