Web - Wireframe Production Designer

Our customer is seeking a Web and Wireframe Production Designer for their e-commerce Web site. They need a designer who has experience working with large scale projects with multiple business owners. The ideal candidate must be creative, detail oriented, have a positive can-do attitude, possess strong organizational and communication skills, and be able to multi-task, meet deadlines and conceptualize independently, or as part of a team. Provide creative and conceptual support for compelling and innovative experiences for rich Internet applications, including HTML templates and interactive HTML pieces. Ability to create, maintain, and adapt wireframes based on requirement gathering exercises. Ability to translate wireframes into visual designs. Create unified graphical themes and templates for use throughout a wide variety of channels. Implement, adapt, and maintain brand and web style guidelines, working with various groups to gather requirements. Coordinate with members of the Web development, content, and marketing teams to ensure that the visual design communicates brand principles and functions successfully.

Skills & Behaviors:
' Excellent wireframe, workflow diagram, and prototype development skills, and the ability to rapidly adapt designs based on requirements.

' Excellent design skills and a proven track record of designing user-centric and compelling interfaces.

' Ability to provide concept exploration, design development and refinement, based on input and feedback.

' Take projects from concepts to finished designs/layouts to production files. Demonstrated project management of workflow and deadlines of multiple, simultaneous projects.

' Excellent team player with persuasive communication and presentation skills. Enthusiasm, excitement, and a passion for design.

' Ability to find challenges in work and enjoy them!
