Web Marketing Specialist

Eplica Inc. is seeking a full-time Web Marketing Specialist to join our San Diego based Marketing-Communications team.

This position will be involved in developing and executing online Marketing-Communications strategy and applying it to multiple websites.

The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset and hands-on experience with measurable online marketing initiatives. This position requires a positive team player with great communication skills that is comfortable managing relationships with internal and external partners to accomplish shared goals.

Responsibilities include:
·Development, execution, and evaluation of online Marketing-Communications strategies encompassing internal and external websites and 3rd party web initiatives.
·Proactive partnership / account management with internal and external web stakeholders.
·Application of measurement tactics to assess ROI on web marketing initiatives and evaluation of web trends reporting to determine traffic and user patterns.
·Develop and launch e-newsletter strategies for multiple divisions with intentional efforts to grow opt-in lists and adhere to anti-spam / blacklist practices.
·Managing multiple timelines and calendars and coordinating all associated content and creative development for websites.
·Experience creating (copywriting) e-content, identifying syndicated content sources, and proof-reading / editing.
·Liaison with IT and Web Services team to align priorities and engage resources as needed.
·Coordinate online promotions, advertising, and email campaigns.

Qualifications:
·College degree
·4-6 years marketing experience with specific emphasis on web tactics
·Experience developing promotional / editorial content and interacting with designers and developers
·Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
