Web/Graphic Designer

The job -
Work with Marketing team to develop creative direction of web and print marketing projects.
Maintain web content.
Design effective email and direct mail initiatives.
Define brand style guidelines.
Ensure brand and design standards are met on every project.
Manage and prioritize production/workflow to ensure on time and high quality delivery of materials.
Research and utilize current trends in usability and design.

REQUIREMENTS
Successful track record of website design experience.
Strong understanding of HTML and CSS.
Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
Detail oriented and self-motivated.
Illustrator, Photoshop, Quark XPress, DreamWeaver and Flash expertise.
Versatile and unique sense of design with strong organizational and communication skills.
Minimum of 5 years experience in design and production of web media and print collateral.
