Topical Producer

KPNX-TV, Channel 12 is looking for a topical producing pro to keep the station and its website #1. If you are motivated to beat the competition every day with topical and image promotion that is fresh, memorable and relevant to viewers, we want to hear from you. You should have experience working in a newsroom environment and be able to react and respond quickly. As our primary topical producer/editor, you will be spending most of your time working with the news staff, so you should be capable of working in a team environment to create powerful messages for both daily and sweeps promotion.
REQUIREMENTS
We’re looking for a strong writer with at least two years experience producing topical news and image spots true to brand. Special requirements includes a thorough knowledge and at least one year of Avid editing along with the ability to produce on tight deadlines. Design experience and knowledge of AfterEffects are also desired. This position also requires working late-shifts on a rotating basis. Please send your resume and non-returnable demo tape to:
