Telesales Associate

• Locate and contact new prospects; offer no obligation job postings (minimum 80 dials per day)• Qualify leads by determining how many hires they do annually, competitive sites they use and identifying the company decision maker• Assist customers with online registration and job posting• Maintain an accurate database
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
• 1+ years telemarketing or inside sales experience• High energy, positive attitude and computer proficiency• Self-motivation, ability to succeed in a fast paced environment• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
Compensation
Base plus commission starting at 50K, Stock options, 401k, Medical and Dental benefits
