Must be able to evaluate customer specifications for process capability, provide recommendations for changes and negotiate specification changes with customers. Works in conjunction with the Sales Analysts and Logistics Managers to coordinate new product production, forecasts and inventory management. Initiates new Product Code requests/evaluate feasibility of specification changes to existing products. Acts as a liaison between Sales, R&D and Operations on production issues and assists in providing resolution. Manages new product development from request through costing and product introduction to the plant. Provides direction to product management staff reporting to Sr Product Manager. REQUIREMENTS:

Education: Bachelors Degree. MBA preferred.Experience: 6+ years.Computer Skills: Basic computer skills.Travel: 6 to 11 trips per year.
