Senior Product Manager

Entrepreneurial skin care company seeks unattached Senior Product Manager. Dermalogica has big plans for the future, and a proven track record as the leader of the professional skin care industry; and we’re looking to spend our days with someone who’s passionate about packaged goods, detail-oriented and a team player.

An MBA is a plus, but not a requirement. Exceptional people skills are a must!

Our ideal candidate will have a college degree, marketing or business preferred. MBA is a plus. Must have 3-4 years of solid experience in packaged goods product marketing, preferably in the cosmetics industry.

Responsibilities include:

·Develop and implement strategic business plans, including competitive analysis

·Conceptualize and oversee execution of new product launches. Includes new product formulation with the VP of Technical Development and our R&D laboratory; packaging development with Operations, merchandising, and development of all support materials

·Work with education to ensure that product training pieces, including The Book, Dermalogica classes and launch events, are effectively training Dermalogica therapists/accounts

·Work with Market Management and Programs Marketing teams to ensure that product line is effectively meeting market needs; and that we are continually pioneering the future in our offering

·Recruit, train, manage and mentor a team of Product Managers
