Our client is looking for someone with a strong background in measuring and improving customer experience in a retail environment. This leader will have experience developing consolidated measurement reports, presentation of the findings to Sr. Management and leading quality improvement teams to close the gaps.

Our client’s Retail Strategy and Marketing team is focused on improving every aspect of the customer experience. Working with other internal organizations and using all aspects of traditional marketing disciplines, the client’s Retail Strategy and Marketing team is the “Best in Class” marketing organization in a company where successful marketing and customer satisfaction are critical success platforms.

As part of the Retail Strategy and Marketing team, you will focus on the measuring and reporting on the retail customer’s experience across all retail customer access points and product lines. You will develop and lead customer experience initiatives and report your findings along with suggested strategies to improve the customer experience. Also, you will be responsible for launching and managing the first service quality index including metric validation, establishing appropriate data flow and internal communications plans. Further, you will lead the “Mystery Shopping Program” for your company’s retail locations measuring a typical customer’s experience, reporting the results, working with the retail service enhancement team to develop and implement improvement plans.
REQUIREMENTS
* 5-7 years experience
* Retail experience
* Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred
