Senior Marketing Manager - Medical - Three Reports

How would you like to be a Senior Marketing Manager for a very successful medical device company that: 1) has an extremely unique, highly-differentiated product 2) while being the industry leader, is barely scratching the surface of its target market (have captured only 14% of the potential market) 3) while NOT a SMALL company, is still run like a fast-moving, aggressive, responsive, hungry company and 4) while NOT a BIG company like a J&J or BSC, they still compensate like one!

If you have the required experience you could write the position description yourself. Regardless, one is available and will be provided to qualified candidates.

Also--and very key here--you will be responsible for directly supervising at least three and possibly four marketing professionals. Your leadership and mentoring skills will be highly valued.

Compensation includes very competitive base, very generous bonus (based on departmental goals not entire company), and an excellent stock option program.
REQUIREMENTS

Candidates absolutely must have: at least a four year degree; eight to ten years minimum business experience; experience marketing products to DOCTORS (that IS a must, not a preference), at least SOME supervisory experience--and it is OK if you got that experience while in sales and not in marketing.

Preferred experience includes an MBA and sales experience, preferably in medical (devices or dental ok).
