JOB SUMMARY:
Implement marketing programs that help achieve traffic and revenue goals for RediClinic locations. The position will lead the strategy development, plans and execution for the primary consumer communication to build a strong brand that is the preferred consumer choice for convenient health care.This marketing position will lead the direct-to-consumer strategy, planning and execution for RediClinic marketing. Drive patient traffic to RediClinic locations utilizing marketing and sales programs such as advertising, consumer promotion, clinic and in-store communication, relationship marketing, public relations and field sales programs. This role will communicate and coordinate the promotion and in-store plans with retail partners. This leader will also be the key liason to the internal and field operations group to help develop, test and implement sales programs to drive traffic.

REQUIREMENTS
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:Consumer marketing experience from a retail, health care and/or packaged goods environment.
Experience can include relevant consulting experience as well but must have spent at least 4 years in a consumer marketing company.
Candidate will need at least 12 years of total experience with 4 year college degree, (at least 10 years with MBA).
Critical skills include consumer research, marketing strategy, advertising strategy, promotion planning and development, retail experience and execution, and sales strategy and planning.
