Drive targeting programs and account planning using PwC's account planning
methodology
Provide project management support to account teams
Manage sales support for opportunistic and planned accounts by:
Working with targeting teams to determine account strategy and to identify and
develop value propositions, needs and client issues
Managing preparation of sales tools, documents and proposals
Ensuring team is utilizing appropriate sales tools
Interacting with product champions to introduce solutions sets to targeting
teams
Managing proposal resources including graphic designers during opportunity
Coordinate with industries and Lines of Service
Write and edit client proposals and presentation assuring deadlines are met by
all team members
Assist leadership in local sales initiatives
Participate in the development of value propositions, strategy, and general
sales & marketing
Embed Firm sales methodology into sales materials
Act as liaison with XLOS Sales & Business Development (SBD) personnel and
National Marketing Groups, share best practices
Provide coaching to associate-level team members
Provide strategy coaching for targeting teams and individuals
Support instruction of SBD courses
Assist in the professional development of associate level Sales Strategy Group
(SSG) team members
Ensure proper reporting of operations and market penetration
Update PwC proposal information templates/database materials
REQUIREMENTS
Education Requirement:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.Essential Requirements:
General knowledge of MS Office
Strong written and communication skills
Works well both autonomously and in a team environment
Capable of managing multiple projects
Sets and meets deadlines
Ability to read and interpret basic financial reports (10K, etc.)
Deep research skills
Strong interpersonal relations, communications, conflict management and issue
resolution skills
Knowledge of how to assist in the creation of sales strategy and an
understanding of the proposal writing process
