Job Summary: Responsible for maximizing sales, profitability and customer satisfaction. Ideal candidate must be self motivated and highly organized with the ability to perform independently in a diverse and competitive environment. Duties include but are not limited to: Developing and maintaining key account relationships consisting primarily of Builders and Architects.
We are recruiting:
Entry Sales Representatives who are college graduates with outside sales experience and are looking to develop careers as sales professionals.
AND
Senior Sales Representatives currently working in the window & door industry with established builder base and proven track record.

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following: Responsible for the identification and development of new accounts. Sales Rep would be directly responsible for identifying and selling to contractors and architects as well as homeowners in the high end custom home market. The position requires previous sales experience and/or a background in building materials preferred. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Entry Level Sales Representative: College degree required.
Senior Sales Representative: Some college preferrred.
2+ years of successful outside sales experience required.
Knowledge of the building materials industry or architectural studies a plus.
Highly motivated with outstanding communication skills.
Valid CA driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance.
