Sales & Marketing Manager

Aggressive, Growth oriented Manufacturer of Floral, Seasonal and Home Accent products Manufactured and exported direct from our OWN factory located in mainland China is seeking a Professional Experienced National Sales Manager/Executive to manage our in-house sales and marketing operations from our offices located in Dallas, Texas.
This is a Senior Management position with responsibility for our
in-house sales force, management of national chain store accounts and overall sales growth. Our products are manufactured and exported from our own factory in China on an F.O.B. Hong Kong basis to a variety of national chain accounts of which a few are Michaels Stores,Pier1,Kohls,J.C.Penny.
Our operations include a sales and marketing office/showroom located in Dallas, Texas; Office/Showroom located in Hong Kong and our own production facility in mainland China.

REQUIREMENTS
*Previous experience in managing a sales force and selling/marketing to national chain stores accounts for a Foreign based manufacturer.
Artificial floral/Christmas and seasonal product a major plus.
*Proven track record of managing and building new relationships with national chain stores and expanding upon opportunities with existing accounts.
*Ability to trouble-shoot and problem solve with senior management of national chain accounts.
*Interface with Hong Kong office and company owned factory in China.
*Must be based out of corporate sales/marketing office located in Dallas, Texas.
*Domestic and Foreign travel required. Domestic travel as needed.
Foreign travel to Hong Kong in October(3-4 weeks),January(1-2 weeks) and April(2-3 weeks).
*Must be a leader with an aggressive and proven track record in opening and seeking out new opportunities/accounts for a company who seeks aggressive growth.
