Inside Sales Manager Position:

The Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for hiring, training, and developing, evaluating, and motivating a team of Inside Sales representatives. The Inside Sales team consists of up to 12 representatives, which possess different levels of skills. Position offers competitive base salary and high commission plan. Positions are available in both our Carlsbad and Miramar locations.

Responsibilities Include:Provide leadership, support and guidance to develop and enhance team members productivity with an emphasis on creative selling techniques
Identify within each individual team member ways to motivate and inspire a drive for constant improvement
Create specific goals which are simultaneously challenging and realistic for both individual reps and the team as a whole
Collaborate daily with the team to achieve and surpass these goals by removing barriers and sharing creative sales approaches
Facilitate teamwork, and drive a dynamic corporate culture
Collaborate with other members of management to identify and implement improvements
Attend all relevant meetings as a representative of the sales management team of Z57
REQUIREMENTS
Skills and Requirements:Minimum of 1 year sales management experience
Proven track record and appetite for phone based selling
High energy, motivated leader with a positive attitude
Strong work ethic with a “whatever it takes” attitude
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Internet Savvy
Marketing and/or Real Estate experience a plus
