General Purpose:
Oversee the growth and execution of Guitar Center’s proprietary credit card and warranty programs to provide sales results and measurable revenues.
REQUIREMENTS
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

•Private Label Credit Card Program
•Help increase Guitar Center Credit Card (GCCC) applications, sales penetration and sales volume to meet annual goals
•Liaison (with Director) to credit card company, including weekly conference calls, business trips, etc.
•Work with credit card company and Director to coordinate GCCC initiatives that coincide with monthly sales campaigns like credit line increases, pre-approved offers, re-activation programs
•Coordinate and project manage leveraged programs like statement inserts, statement coupons, statement messages
•Develop and manage employee contests and incentive programs
•Plan code management
•Vendor management, reporting and billing in conjunction with special financing promotions
•Measure program results and report to Director

•Performance Guarantee Program
•Help increase Performance Guarantee (PG) sales volume to meet annual goals
•Liaison to underwriting company, including conference calls, business trips, etc.
•Develop and manage employee contests and incentive programs
•Create and oversee PG marketing strategies
•Measure program results and report to Director
