Mosaic, a national field marketing company, is currently seeking outstanding individuals for the full-time salaried position of Retail Market Manager. This position will be actively involved at the field level with retail accounts that we service on behalf of Buena Vista Home Entertainment (BVHE) and will interact with all levels of the Mosaic account team, the BVHE In-Store Supply Chain (ISSC) Team, and key contacts at our retail accounts. As the verbal and written "face" of the Mosaic team, the most important relationship will be with the daily contacts with our retail accounts, field operations team and BVHE.


Consistent and productive two way multi-dimensional communication with the internal Mosaic account team is fundamentally important to the success of this role. Ensuring client deliverable timelines are met by working with and through the Mosaic team is critical.

Reporting to the Mosaic Field Operations Leader working closely with the BVHE ISSC Team, the Retail Market Manager will be responsible for developing and supporting a positive relationship between the internal Mosaic team and our retail partners. The result will be driving sales of our clients' products at retail and growing their business relationship with Mosaic.


The Retail Market Manager will be assigned a geographic territory (Eastern US or Western US) of retail accounts that Mosaic services for BVHE, as well as two sister programs where they will:


Build relationships with key retail account management contacts and gather information on retail account structure for reporting initiatives
Work closely with the Mosaic Brand Team and BVHE ISSC Team to identify retailer and/or market specific placement opportunities
Identify opportunities, help to design, execute, and track success of field strategies to improve execution of Key Performance Indicators
Conduct retailer audit visits and in-field visits in partnership with the Mosaic field team and the BVHE ISSC Team
Professionally represent Mosaic and BVHE at all times








The ideal candidate for this position will be highly self-managed and motivated, and will enjoy working from a home office and traveling within their territory independently, as well as with BVHE and Mosaic staff.

REQUIREMENTS




Required Education and Experience



A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related field, and four or more years management experience in a retail/merchandising/marketing environment OR

Any similar combination of education and experience.

Highly flexible. Ability to travel overnight regularly.

Passionate, committed, and high level of energy.

Must be self-starter, energetic, results driven, and capable of maintaining high performance under remote management.

Outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail, project management experience, and prioritization of tasks.

Superior interpersonal skills to work closely with other team members and the client.

Professional attitude and strong leadership skills.

Strong verbal communication and presentation skills.

Excellent judgment, effective problem-resolution skills, and the ability to balance multiple demands.

Multi-unit retail district/regional manager experience OR retail video category buyer experience would be a huge plus.






Technical and other Requirements


Advanced / expert understanding and ability to use Microsoft Office products, primarily Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Good working knowledge of Internet Explorer and how to access Internet sites.
Home office, high speed Internet connection, business phone line, reliable transportation.
