Regional Sales Trainer
SUMMARY: Report to VP - National Sales. Lead the sales training and performance in the field.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Conduct extensive training in the field offices with SSC's and Sales Managers, and General Managers. Facilitation of Brink's University and the Sales Manager Training Program Creation and implementation of new sales materials, promotions, and selling tools for the direct sales force Assist with local Security Sales Consultant recruiting and hiring to insure branch headcount budgets are maximized Conduct regional sales conferences Assist Regional Management on current sales projects Act as a sales liaison between National Support Center and General Managers, Sales Managers, and Security Sales Consultants in the field Analyze and help produce regional sales reports Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned by management

Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university, preferably in a business-related field. Two to four years-related experience and/or training in salesLANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquires or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to write speeches and articles for publication that conform to prescribed style and format. Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
