Regional Sales Manager, Plasma Division - Western U.S.

PVA TePla America, Inc., a leading supplier of gas plasma treatment systems and services is currently seeking an experienced direct sales professional for it's Plasma Systems Division - Industrial & Medical Sector, Located in Corona, California. This position offers competitive base salary, commission, and benefits package.

Duties for this position include but are not limited to:

- Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals

- Providing customers with price and delivery quotes

- Directing sales activities and coordinating sales territory

- Coordinating service and sales activities with Field Service personnel and Contract Processing Management as required

- Hiring direct or signing up indirect sales representatives.

-Training sales representatives and determining territorial assignments.

- Representing company at trade association meetings to promote products and services

- Delivering sales presentations to key clients

-Meeting with key clients and assisting sales representatives with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals. This activity may often require traveling.

- Preparing periodic sales reports showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.

- Developing annual sales forecast
REQUIREMENTS
This position requires a BS/BA degree or equivalent, proven success in technical selling of capital equipment and a strong entrepreneurial ability.

This position also requires a valid CA Drivers License as travel is required.
