Regional Marketing Director (West Region)

This wholesaling position will promote and sell Asset-Based Solutions to new and existing brokers in the West Region. It will provide training, education and sales leadership of new products and initiatives to all distribution channels. The individual will also work to build positive distribution relationships and implement the State Life business plan. Monthly bonuses are paid based on sales results generated from the territory.
REQUIREMENTS
Three years of sales experience is required, preferably in the Insurance or Financial Services Industry. An Associates degree in Business or Finance is required and Series 6 and 63 as well as a life and health license are preferred. A Bachelors degree and previous experience with agents and brokers are preferred. The candidate should have strong presentation skills and have a proven background in relationship building.
