Production Manager

FUNCTIONS:

?Supervising the activities of the production employees engaged in all facets of the distribution function.
?Responsibilities also include Safety, Quality and Productivity, and supervision of 40+ employees.
?Performs a variety of tasks including employee scheduling, employee counseling and documentations.
?Ensures that all employees follow company guidelines.
?Stewardship responsibility for the company’s equipment and inventory.
REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

*4 years of college or relevant job experience.

*Previous exp Managing a large group of 50+ more employees.

*Previous supervisory experience in a distribution environment.

*Proficient with computer software.

*Ability to multitask

*Motivated to meet production goals.
