Pizza Hut Marketing Manager, Los Angeles Market

•Execution of Pizza Hut brand strategy Blue Chips in 4-6 DMAs
•Serve as Strategic Marketing leader within assigned Regions and Marketing Co-ops.
•Development and execution of local strategic marketing plans (Annual Co-op/Region Mktg. Plan / QAR Development /Follow up)
•Own key performance indicators for the assigned DMAs and plan against specific business issues/opportunities for resolution.
•Direct and evaluate local B-cast/Print agencies regarding the development & execution of all calendar recommendations.
•Support and execute brand testing initiatives in respective areas
•Ensure timely and accurate communication regarding all marketing activities are delivered to local agencies, coop members & operations partners.
•Coach and develop Marketing Coordinator assigned to support role.
•Own development and execution of 1-3 System-wide Marketing Projects/initiatives annually.
•Lead and Train Region sales team in planning/execution/follow up of Quarterly LSM plans
REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Communication required.

EXPERIENCE (and other qualifications):
•6-8 years experience in marketing field. (which should include 3+ years field marketing experience)
•Demonstrated excellence in developing effective marketing plans and recommendations.
•Proven Critical Thinking Skills
•Strong Analytical Skills.
•Ability to manage multiple tasks and project timelines.
•Proven team/project leadership skills.
•Results driven mentality and enthusiastic leadership style.
•Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
