Partner Marketing Manager – Job Description
The (Telco/Conferencing) Partner Marketing Manager will be responsible for delivery of programs with deliverables and measurable results, working tightly with and as prioritized by the Sr. Director of Alliances.
The individual will execute marketing plans and programs to ultimately maximize partner revenue and growing relationships. Deliver programs that expedite time-to-revenue for new partnership and more through maximizing WebEx market share and share of wallet of the Partner’s customers.
•New programs and tools include: selling materials, welcome/introduction and adoption promotions, sales spiff packaging and awareness and joint marketing such as eSeminars, direct marketing and telemarketing for lead and pipeline development.
•Assure strong and accurate reflection of the WebEx messages, differentiation, brand, logo and tm’s in all partner and joint marketing campaigns.
•Prepare new materials or adapt existing success full content and programs form WebEx direct sales & marketing teams for channel use and resuse.
•Measure program success and constantly evaluate their success for future course corrections and increasing resources (time, $, and people) ROI. This includes weekly reporting on programs and metrics.
•Work with WebEx Partner Marketing teams in coverage and exposure for our Conferencing Partnerships in WebEX lead or sponsored: Events, Attendance in eBriefings, Internal Grapevine Newsletter, IntraNet, and on WebEx.com.
•Conversely maximize WebEx coverage in the partner’s internal communications, events, intranets, websites, sales, deployment/adoption and marketing vehicles.
•Work closely with other Partner Marketing team members in the successful delivery of sales training programs and deliverables.
•Drive integrated lead development programs with partners and vendors and WebEx teams-current example includes integrated approach with co-developed or leveraged telemarketing scripts, email, white papers, eseminars, sales training, spifs, buying incentives and routine reporting on progress.
•Absolute alignment with Partner Sales Managers in overall account management, tracking progress and uncovering new expansion potential.

REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
Qualitative:
oExperience in creating marketing and channel programs and/or materials that promote technology solutions to partners and their customers – on time, within budget and that have delivered incremental revenue growth.
oOutstanding project management and organizational skills: proven track record of driving the introduction of new, incremental and simultaneous programs
oStrong verbal and written communication skills for delivery in document, web and presentation form.
oPeople skills that promote personal relationship building between virtual teams – working directly with varied headquarters resources, partner sales, and partners in program execution.
oExperience in managing cross functional teams to completion of goals and objectives
oIdeally this candidate will be multi-lingual, but more important has deployed multiple global partner and/or marketing programs – incorporating the unique cultural, business and/or technology lifecycle considerations of a global audience and marketplace.
Quantitative:
oPlus 5 years experience enterprise application technology sales and/or marketing experience – with 1-2 years specifically in a channel or partner marketing role.
oMust have extensive Microsoft Office/Outlook expertise.
oA bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field in preferred – but not required.
