Partner Marketing Manager

Position Summary:
Coremetrics has a market leading partner network that extends Coremetrics value to our clients through integrations to marketing and merchandising applications. Currently, Coremetrics has over 40 partnerships in place and these partnerships contribute significantly to our product capabilities, marketing perception, win rate, and our bottom line. The candidate for this role will report to the vice president of marketing and must have experience with marketing, ideally positioning ASP and/or enterprise applications, and possess a great deal of experience managing a range of programs to support the complex partner goals and achievement.
Under the direction of the VP of Marketing, this candidate will have front line ownership for developing existing relationships to ensure that these partnerships provide high value to our clients through development and execution of joint selling plans, creation of engagement documentation for external and internal audiences, and management of cross department requirements for successful partnerships.
REQUIREMENTS
Specifically possess the ability to:
•Manage of all aspects of the relationship with Coremetrics partners, including promotional launch of new partnerships to daily maintenance of existing partners
•Develop and execute programs against joint business/marketing plans for top tier (10-15) partners
•Create documentation and conduct training for both internal and partner sales and client services teams
•Manage - from idea to implementation to measurement - partner related marketing programs and lead generation activities (collaborate with sales and services with partner business plan development, execution and review?)
•Understand customer and market demands to optimize partnerships to deliver highest value to clients
•Collaborate with partners at the Executive and Operational levels
Job requirements:
•A minimum of 5 years experience working with web analytic and marketing tools, or equivalent number of years working in enterprise application space
•Experience with partner marketing programs, including plan development, collateral, lead generation, events, and training
•Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, presentation, and writing skills with demonstrated leadership abilities
•Ability to collaborate cross functionally including sales, services, and engineering, as well as at executive levels
•Strong understanding of technology and how specific applications improve customer experiences
•Experience in working in a highly cross functional environment and driving inter-department decisions
•Ability to manage complex partnerships with technology companies
