Outside Sales Representative-- Advertising Sales

Image Magazine Inc., is seeking successful Advertising Sales Representatives in the Orange County area for our local lifestyle magazines.

Image Magazine Inc. is one of Southern California's most successful publishing companies. Image Magazine's corporate headquarters is located in Costa Mesa, California. Image Magazine publishes 12 lifestyle magazines throughout Southern California. Each magazine publishes 9 times per year and is direct mailed to the highest value owner occupied homes in each area. Our circulation is 5.4 million per year.


The Sales Representative will work on developing advertising sales into each local edition and also have the opportunity to sell into any or all 12 editions in Southern California.

This outside sales position is compensated with a Base salary plus commission and bonuses.

We are a growing company and want sales people who will maximize this opportunity to make an unlimited income.

A successful candidate must have a natural initiative to cold call and prospect for potential advertisers. Close contract commitments consistently and conduct a sales relationship on a positive, consultative basis. Candidates should be good communicators, self-disciplined, positive, energetic, persistent, and be ethical.

Previous success in advertising sales is a must. Comfort with a computer is necessary. Previous knowledge of contact database programs is a plus but not necessary.

Healthcare and dental eligibility 90 days after the first month of hire.

REQUIREMENTS
Two years of proven, successful outside advertising sales. Valid drivers license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation.
