REQUIREMENTS
Your mission will be to implement outbound sales management and coaching techniques to maximize your team’s sales revenue. Implementing your strategies for campaigns, including setting metrics, call patterns and behavior expectations will provide a roadmap for your team’s success. Your staff management responsibilities will consist of employee recruitment, hiring, on-boarding, training and implementing disciplinary measures. Your management accomplishments will ensure that your team is consistently among the top performers.
