To help us achieve these goals, we are seeking motivated Sales Professionals. This is an exciting, commission-based opportunity allowing sales professionals to maximize their income.
REQUIREMENTS
The successful sales candidate should have the following qualifications:2 years or more of commissioned high ticket sales experienceA history of outstanding achievements and proven sales skillsThe ability to engage, educate, guide and influence others
The ability to ensure customer service goals are met and exceeded through on-going concern, contact and follow-upExcellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, and analytical skillsMust be adaptable, innovative, and a team playerMust be organized, persuasive, determinedA solid work ethic, integrity, and a strong customer focusPossess self-motivation and initiative, including a willingness to learn and the ability to assimilate new information on an ongoing basisA college degree or some college preferredA real estate license is not necessary.
