Provides technical support to sales and engineering employees. Assists with technical product analysis, product support and case studies on products. Assists sales representatives in the preparation of bids, presentation proposals and training materials for customers. Responsible for handling complex projects. May provide software training to customers and/or sales and engineering employees. May assist and train entry or junior level employees. May visit customers with sales and engineering represenatives to deliver technical presentations. Assignements are broad in nature, requiring originality and ingenuity. Handles special projects as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS
Specialized knowledge of marketing software for data analysis. Highly skilled in current computer technology and software packages. Specialized technical knowledge of company products. Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills. Excellent presentation skills. Ability to create innovative approaches to problems.
