Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
1. Assist in the development of marketing plans and budgets for areas of responsibility.2. Implementation of marketing Program including the following:
Coordinates the creation, production and implementation of direct marketing campaigns.
Coordinates advertising schedules and placement.
Interfaces with program carrier.
Coordinates trade show exhibits, promotion materials and travels to participate in trade shows when necessary.
Acts as liaison with vendors in creative development and list purchases.
Works with internal departments on delivering marketing materials and reviewing proofs.
Maintains customer database information, such as lists and counts for direct marketing projects.
Tracks, collates and maintains inventory of marketing materials.
Maintains inventory of marketing literature, archive files, and sample files
Work with internal support areas and outside vendors to insure that all projects are completed on time and within budget.3. Tracks project and analyze program results.
Compiles and produces marketing campaign reports
Compiles and produces monthly and quarterly reports.4. Manages web site content, monitor site activity and prepares analysis for management review.5. Assist with other programs as assigned by management.SPECIAL SKILLS:
Must have insurance experience and knowledge of P & C products. Must have excellent MS Office PC software (Word, Excel, Access, Power Point), research and analytical skills, as well as strong verbal & written communication and interpersonal skills. Must be able to work in a team environment and independently.
Property & Casualty license a plus - ability to study/pass state license exam within one year from date of hire.MINIMUM EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) from a four-year college or university in Marketing or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE:
