The ability to effectively communicate background analyses and demonstrate a broad understanding of the competitive offering is paramount to this position. In depth clinical and technical understanding of ultrasound is expected as well as a convincing and positive attitude to effectively approach competitive threats and benefit from competitive weaknesses.Concrete areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to: Plan, organize and execute competitive benchmarking activities. Provide SWOT analysis of the Siemens product portfolio as well as competitive product offerings. Competitively position products by developing demo strategies and tactics for field personnel. Develop and conduct demo/sales training based on positioning, strategies and tactics developed. Develop and maintain information portal with all relevant competitive information for internal use (i.e., intranet website). Provide direct input on product needs and potential sustainable competitive advantages to product marketing group and R&D. Support Marketing sales support and product and clinical marketing in developing effective marketing and sales tools. Manage field and internal questions and requests. Provide timely reports after major shows or product introductions. Give presentations to internal organizations relative to the competitive environment/topic.Requirements:In depth knowledge of standard office software.
