Our Marketing/Community Relations Reps develop, plan, and implement programs to market and promote AMERIGROUP within the community to increase overall membership. This is primarily done through the establishment of, and on-going relationships between, AMERIGROUP and community agencies, faith based agencies, legislative officials and physician offices.
REQUIREMENTS
Along with a Bachelor’s degree in social work, education, communications, marketing, or public health, the successful Marketing Rep must be a self starter with a demonstrated history of:
• Fluency in Spanish.
• Strong communication skills, along with the ability to effectively make presentations to community and faith based organizations, legislative officials, and Physicians
• Sales experience and demonstrated negotiation skills
• Creativity and the ability to think outside of the box
• Successful program planning and implementation
• Working with low income populations

Experience working or volunteering with non profit agencies is a plus.
