Marketing & Promotions Assistant- Full Time

JOB DESCRIPTION:

·Assists Director and Promotion Managers promote the Department’s Mission and Marketing Strategy.
·Provide administrative support to the Director and staff by handling necessary arrangements for meetings such as presentations, conference room arrangements, copies, faxes and catering.
·Create memos and letters and attend promotions meetings.
·Maintain calendar, expense reports and filing system.
·Order and manage office equipment, merchandise and supplies.
·Collection and distribution of weekly time sheets and pay checks.
·Assist Departments with concerts and special events.
·Assist Reception Desk when needed.
·Maintain and process invoices and purchase orders.
·Ability to deal with all levels of management both internally & externally.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Requirements:

Education: High School, some college, prefer college graduate

Basic Skills:Bilingual Spanish/English preferred. Excellent verbal/written communications skills, superior phone skills, proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and Adobe.

Experience:Requires 1-3 years experience in similar administrative role.
