Marketing Product Manager

Our client, a major producer of architectural hardware, has a need for a Marketing Product Manager to join their team at their world headquarters. This manager will manage day-to-day and product development activities for the business sector. This position is ultimately responsible for deploying and executing the strategy to grow the business. It encompasses the management of product pipeline in the five-year strategic plan and leading the category's product business teams.
REQUIREMENTS
MBA degree Preferred; technical undergraduate desirable.
1 to 5 years of product development and marketing experience with commanding knowledge of manufacturing environment, sales organizations and channels, preferably in industrial goods or building products.
2 years of product development and product marketing background with experience developing product plans and strategy work.
Solid knowledge of processes related to brand marketing, voice of the customer based market research, sales training and field communications.
Solid problem solving skills - Six Sigma Green Belt training highly desirable.
